The Same Notes with Some Minor Corrections:
I've added a few unnumbered pages, such as two pages between p.42 and p.43 containing the discrete version of Bucket Sort, and the corresponding variation on Radix Sort.  I've also make a few minor corrections.  For example, the exercise on p.48 is correct, whereas the version in the old notes was simply wrong (that's on p.69 of the old series.)  The page numbering is also very different since much of the preliminary material in the old series is now in the handouts.
