Systems:

  General:  Single-engine, retractable gear, all-metal, 4-seat.
    ailerons:  controlled by cables, then rods
    flaps:  manual with 3 settings 10 25 40, used as step (caution)
    stabilator:  NOT an elevator, anti-servo tab & electric trim
    vertical stab:  and rudder, direct link to nose gear, trim

  Engine:  Lycoming IO 360 CIC, 4 cyl direct drive fuel injected
    200 HP at 2700 RPM, TBO of 1400 hrs.  Differential pressure
    bendix injector and fuel pump prevents vapor lock

  Propeller:  Hartzell STC constant speed, controllable pitch 
    operated by engine oil pressure via the prop control knob.  
    STC update for operating manual in limitations section.

  Electrical:  60 amp 12 volt engine driven alternator, 12 volt
    25 amp battery, stall warning red light on metal tab
    pitot heat (also heats gear auto-extend pitot).  Kill
    "ALT" switch if electrical problem or fire.

    30 amp draw for night IFR (1 hour of battery), breaker panel

  Hydraulic and landing gear:
    gear:  hydraulically activated by electric pump, 7 seconds up
      extend at 150, retract at 125 mph
      3 green lights for extension (full down), yellow in-transit
      60 degree steerable arc nosewheel, hydraulic gear and brakes
      same reservior.  Air-oil oleo struts nose-2.75" mains-2.0"
    emergency and safety:  emergency is hydraulic release only
      manual press of extension button, gear will free fall,
      nose is spring assisted.  Waggle the tail (yaw) to assist
      mains in locking (side to side)
    auto-extend:  85 to 105 MPH and low power (14" MP or less)
      causes auto-extension.  Airspeed is from left pitot-static
      (w/heater).  Red warning (gear unsafe) shut off by normal
      lever can be disengaged for stall practice, etc. (go-arounds)
    squat-switch:  on left main, prevents retraction if closed

  Fuel:
    25 gal per side, 24 usable, to tabs is 17 usable, aux fuel
    pump (electric).  Selector positions are left, right,
    off (safety latch).  3 fuel drains, 2 vents.

  Air:
    Dry vacuum pump, 5" +/- .1", alternate static, heated pitot
    (which also has static port).  Heater/defroster and pitot
    heat for anti-ice.  Freh air vents on floor seats and overhead

  Cabin:
    inertial reel safety belts, baggage door (can be locked for
    flight) kick out for emergency.
