Me

I am currently a graduate student in the Department of Biomolecular Engineering at the University of California, Santa Cruz. I am working in Prof David Haussler's lab, which is part of the Center for Biomolecular Science and Engineering.

I graduated from the College of Engineering at Cornell University as a computer science major.

Research

I am interested in genome evolution. I have been concentrating on the evolution of conserved noncoding sequence in the human genome, which is thought to be largely gene regulatory sequence.
