Lowe Lab, Supplemental Information for 2005 RNA Publication

"A Computational Screen for Mammalian Pseudouridylation Guide H/ACA RNAs"
RNA 0:0-0.

In addition to this README, the Supplementary material consists of six files:

  1. PDF table of snoGPS scores of previously known H/ACA RNAs
  2. PDF of annotated alignments of the previously known H/ACA RNAs
  3. PDF table of the sequences with negative or inconclusive Northern results as well as of the untested candidates
  4. PDF of annotated alignments of the candidate sequences and newly verified H/ACA RNAs
  5. FASTA file of the seven new H/ACA RNAs. Sequences are from the mouse NCBI February 2003 (mm3) Build. The file consists of two sets of 7 sequences. The first set gives the 5' ends as predicted by snoGPS-C. The fasta comments include the snoGPS-C score and predicted target site. The second set uses 5' ends as determined by primer extension mapping and includes estimated uncertainty in 5' end from primer experiments. In all cases prediction and primer extension differ by at most 7 nt.
  6. Unix gzipped tarball of the snoGPS source code
Further descriptions of these files are contained within them as well as in the above referenced article.

Caution: Note that files 2 and 4 (SuppMat2.pdf and SuppMat4.pdf) are quite long. If printed out they are approximately 100 pages and 50 pages respectively.
