I am a graduate student in Computer Science department at University of California Santa Cruz. My research interests lie in the area of data mining, personalization & social network analysis in search and information retrieval.

I completed my B.Tech. from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2003, where my thesis was on speech recognition for Hindi language. I worked with Prof. Harish Karnick.
