I am a second year PhD student in Computer Engineering at the University of California - Santa Cruz, under the guidance of Professor Jose Renau. Prior to coming to Santa Cruz, I lived in Connecticut and graduated from the University of Connecticut, where I majored in Computer Engineering, with minors in Mathematics and Physics.

Research Interests

My current research interests are in Computer Architecture, specifically focusing on thermal-aware microarchitectures and thermal simulations. Other areas of research which I am interested in include VLSI design, multi- and many-core architectures, and GPU Computing.

Past research experiences include an internship with Bentley Systems, where I worked in parallel application development, as well as the National Science Foundation funded Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship in Information Technology held at UCSC, where my research focused on the development of GPU Benchmarks for NVIDIA CUDA enabled graphics cards.
