System Test Report and Error Report Instructions

Assignment due in lab:

• Program. Your team's properly documented, debugged, and tested program. This is worth 20% of the STRER points.
• System Test Report: This report summarizes the testing that was done. Include a description of the environment in which the testing was done. This should include the hardware and software of the system. If an output report is produced by your system, then multiple copies of this output should be included, one for each test. This is worth 5% of the STRER points.
• Error Report: This report provides a chronological record of relevant details about the execution of the testcases specified in the Testcase Specifications (TS) that resulted in failures. Include a sequence number representing the test case used, the actual output, your determination of the defect that caused the failure, and the action taken. This is worth 65% of the STRER points.
• Group time recording log. This is worth 5% of STRER points.
• Group meeting notes. This is worth 5% of STRER points.
