• Netscape:

        Super simple.
        Most details covered in class.
        You get exposed to some HTML code.

• Dreamweaver:

        Also very simple, including frames.
        Available in all Labs.
        You can get the trial version.
 
• Microsoft Frontpage:

        Also simple.
        You can install the trial version.
