I graduated from the University of Rochester (B.S. Biochemistry, B.A. Computer Science, both 2005), where I worked for Dave Mathews as an undergraduate.
Then I spent two years bumming around Ian Holmes' lab at UC Berkeley.
The best and most recent info about my endeavours can be found on my BinfGrad wiki page, which is more detailed and updated more frequently.
