Please Note: These procedures are exclusively for the part-time distance learning program with classes held in the UCSC Silicon Valley Center facility ONLY. If you wish to apply to the full-time MS program please visit the on-campus program.

We will only be accepting hard copy applications for this Master's Degree Program. Applications can be obtained through the following options:
