ALUMNI EMPLOYER SURVEY DRAFT

We in the faculty of the Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering departments at UC Santa Cruz are reviewing the effectiveness of our curriculum as part of our ABET reaccreditation. To do this, we are surveying Employers and Advisors of alumni who graduated four years ago. The survey is short, and it should take only a few minutes of your time.

Each question asks you about how you see your UCSC employee or advisee's preparation received at the UCSC School of Engineering. We ask you about several categories of preparation, and for each category, how well do you think he or she was prepared, and how important you think preparation in that area is to him or her in the current position. For all questions, 5 represents the highest (very well prepared, very important) and 1 represents the lowest rank (not prepared, very unimportant). You are always invited to expand on your numerical ranking in the boxes provided.

We appreciate the time you are spending to help us continually improve our program.
