[Genome] genome browser interface

Hi,

 

This is a request/suggestion for improving the genome browser interface. 

 

q) Could the "Move start" and "Move End" text boxes and buttons be moved to
the top, next to "Move" and "zoom out" buttons respectively. When many
tracks are open, these buttons move down so much, it becomes a scrolling
nightmare.

 

To accommodate smaller screens, perhaps one pair of "Move" buttons could be
removed/brought down, and Move start and Move end brought up.
