[Genome] Please Help: im not finding some files on the ftp server

Dear all,

I am looking for the file with the "Non-coding RNA Genes" information and sequences for human and mouse (described here).
Can anyone tell me where to find this on your server (ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/)?

I will also need the sequence and annotation file of the known Simple Repeats in human and mouse.

Help will be very much appreciated,
