Hi,
I am looking for chimpanzee sequence orthologous to human (hg18)
chrX:66681784-66682086 and from published papers it is known that such a
sequence exists. I can't find this sequence by conversion, liftover
tool, blatting it against chimp genome and I don't see it in the chimp
net. Could you please help me to interpret this result and refer me to
the website or paper explaining in more details how to move between
assemblies (I feel I don't fully understand the search results with
these tools if conversion failed)?
thanks
ania
