Hello Herb,
Which assembly are you using? I have confirmed that Uppsala ChIP-chip
data is present on both hg17 and hg18. (The two data sets are named
"Uppsala University, Sweden ChIP-chip" and "Uppsala University, Sweden
ChIP-chip Na-butyrate time series".)
Are you by any chance looking at the hg16 or hg15 genome browser? If
you are looking at hg17 or hg18 and you still do not see the Uppsala
data, try doing a cart reset by clicking on "Genomes" and then "Click
here to reset the browser user interface settings to their defaults."
