[Genome] One trivial question

Hi,

I just found that one discrapency between the downloadable file "genomicSuperDups.txt.gz" and the segmentation duplication track in the browser.

There is "chrY    2345    4804" entry in the file but it is not shown in the track. Is this a small error or something else?
