[Genome] N-gap missing from liftAll.lft for chr8 in hg18

Interesting that you should point out these too locations.
Looking at this region containing those two sequences:
chr2:32,944,907-32,997,464
Note the repeat pattern just following the first one and
just before the second one. This would appear to be
some kind of inverse duplication event, or some kind
of assembly problem because they are just about exactly
50 Kb apart.
