[Genome] gnf fetal brain data - which stage?

Hi,
I obtained the USCS GNF data and was wondering about "fetal brain"  
tissue type.
Would you know which day/stage old is this fetal brain tissue? I'm  
interested in 13-17  day old fetal brain expression data.
Would you know where I could obtain this information please?
