[Genome] chimp annotations of regions

Dear all,
I have coordinates of ~100nt seqs from chimp PanTro2, can I upload ( in
TALBES)  these coordinates and get corresponding annotation element (what
gene/intergenic/etc are part from these 100nt seqs) or flanking
genes/elements.
