Good Morning Zhaodong:
Is this a genome browser that we can look at ? Or is it private ?
Can you verify you have your custom tracks on the correct genome
assembly ? Change your URL in your WEB browser to make a cartDump:
http://your.genome.browser/cgi-bin/cartDump
Then look for the variables:
ctfile_<db> ../trash/file_name.bed
Are there more than one of those with different <db> specifications ?
If so, then you have custom tracks on other genome assemblies.
Perhaps that is where your missing one has gone to.
