Hello Zhaodong,
When I create a Custom Track with the data you have provided, I can see
it just fine in the genome browser. One thing that may be throwing you
off is that the location to which you open the browser by default in
your Custom Track is on chr16 (specified by this line of your Custom Track):
browser position chr16:10000000-12000000
However, the one gene in your sample file is located on chr6 here:
chr6:29070541-29081072
So, you will not see anything in the default position on chr16, but if
you navigate to chr6, you should see your gene displayed there.
Please let us know if this doesn't clear it up, or if I have missed
your point.
Regards,
----------
