[Genome] MySQL Query

Hello Anmol,

When I click on your link, I'm taken to the table browser, and if I
select "get output" there is nothing.

We like to discourage our users from sending urls with their "hgsid"
value in them. When someone else clicks on this link and they make
changes to your settings, those changes will be apparent to you the next
time you use the browser. What we prefer is for our users to send us
sessions. There is a link on the blue bar on the top of the main page
that says "Sessions".

It looks from your url like you're trying to output some multiz28way
data. The maf type of data you see as output from the table browser
isn't something that you can get by querying our tables with mysql. The
better way to get this information is to download the maf files and
parse them as you see fit. They are here:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/multiz28way/

I hope this helps to get you started. Please don't hesitate to contact
us again if you require further assistance
