  I am sorry I can not find either way you said.
  I can't find "Known Genes", but "old know genes"
  maybe I should first do choose UCSC known gene ID.
  but where should I "Choose "UCSC Known Gene ID.""?

Hello,

The kgID can be displayed by visiting the configuration page for
the KnownGenes track. You can reach this page in two ways: Either
click on the small minibutton at the left side of the track in the 
track display image, or in the track controls below the image, 
click on the name of the track, Known Genes, above the menu pulldown
in the Genes and Gene Prediction track group.

Choose "UCSC Known Gene ID."
