[Genome] add custom tracks

Hello, again, Joao,

I would add that the feature you seek =is= available as browser output
from the Blat function, but it is not possible at this time to export
it as a custom track.  You can maintain the capability only if you keep
a file of the sequences and rerun the blat when you wish to see it again.
