[Genome] tfbsConsSites and TRANSFAC annotation

Dear All!

Is there any file which can be downloaded to get the connection for all TRANSFAC Matrices like V$LMO2COM_02 -> M00278?? I need the M00xxx annotation, so I would be very glad if somebody can help me.
