[Genome] nib file

Please note the description of the file formats in the FAQ:
2bit: http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat#format7
and nib: http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat#format8

You want to use the 2bit file, it is more efficient.
The 2bit files are available on the downloads server
(which appears to be off-line at this moment ?)
