[Genome] Output interpretation help

Dear Webmaster.
I need some help to be able to interpret the output of UCSC.I do not understand the output very well.
I have added the output of the molecule sequence I am interested in.How can I comment and interpret this output?.Adhesion molecule , Icam-1.
TWhat to bars and arrows means ?Blue,green,red and black colours.How can I interepret SNPs?
