[Genome] Chains and nets for bacteria / archea

Dear Madame / Mr.,

I would like to retrieve chains and nets (
http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Chains_Nets) information for bacteria
and archea pairs. Through the mailing list (
http://www.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome/2008-January/015326.html) I came
across two possible sites for retrieving prokaryotic information:

1.
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?clade=bacteria&org=Escherichia+coli+K12&db=0
2. http://archaea.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?db=eschColi_K12

On neither site, however, can I find any chains or nets. Are these
available?
