Hello,

I am interested in looking at syntenic data from mouse to other
vertebrates. I have results from a ChIP on chip experiment, the results
are a list of significant genomic fragments in bed format. I would like
to create a correspondence map between the coordinates of the fragments
in mouse and in other vertebrates. I tried to use the Table Browser for
this purpose, I created a custom track of my data and tried to obtain
coordinates or sequences of the syntenic fragments, but I did not
succeed. Is it possible to obtain syntenic coordinates or sequences
using the Table browser or do I need to download the full alignment of
mouse to other species and to parse it by myself? Could you please advice?

Thanks,
Esti
