[Genome] Display UCSC tracks with custom tracks

Please refer to the custom tracks documentation:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/customTrack.html#lines
You want to use the "browser" lines in your custom track file
to control the visibility of other tracks along with your data.
