[Genome] Changing colors in custom microarray tracks

Hi,

Is it possible to change the default colors in custom microarray tracks?
The default colors seem to be: white for no data, black for signal close
to zero, red for positive signal, and green for negative signal.

I would like to change the colors to be: black for positive signal,
white for low or negative signal, or no data.

I couldn't find any way to display microarray data using these colors. I
tried using BED15, BED12, GFF formats with UseScore=1 and itemRgb=On. Is
there any way to accomplish this?
