Hello Kavita,

The downloadable file for the hg18 Eponine TSS track is located here:

http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/eponine.txt.gz

You can navigate to it by going to our Downloads page 
(http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html), and then clicking the 
"Human" and "Annotation database" links.

To find the table in the Table Browser (hit the "Tables" link in the 
blue bar at the top of the page), make the following selections:

clade: vertebrate
genome: human
assembly: Mar. 2006
group: expression and regulation
track: Eponine TSS
table: eponine
