Hello Shan,
We don't officially support an e. coli genome browser, however there is
one available on our development server here:
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?clade=bacteria&org=Escherichia+coli+K12&db=0
Keep in mind that data found on our development server hasn't
necessarily been through our QA process, and the data found there may be
wrong.
Additionally Todd Lowe's lab has an Archaea browser:
http://archaea.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?db=eschColi_K12
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to
contact us again if you require further assistance.

It seems that the genome browser does not have any information about those genomes, eg. Ecoli. Is this correct or I missed something here? If so, it would be very nice to be able to get the information for at least some of the microbial genomes from your site. I find the annotation files are especially useful when I studied the eukaryotic genomes. It would be very nice to be able to get similar information on microbes, too.
