[Genome] found a puzzle in your database

Hello Wang Lu,

Our mouse Ensembl Genes tracks were built with older Ensembl data 
versions that have now been archived.  Our links to Ensembl were 
(incorrectly) pointing to the most recent Ensembl data version.  Our 
mouse Ensembl Genes pages have now been updated to go to Ensembl's 
archived data versions.  I apologize for any confusion this has caused.

The UCSC mouse builds and the corresponding builds used to make Ensembl 
Genes tracks are as follows:

UCSC  Ensembl Genes data version

mm5   Dec 2004 (build 27)
mm6   Jul 2005 (build 32)
mm7   Apr 2006 (build 38)
mm8   Jun 2006 (build 39)

If you click on the (new) link on the mm8 page for ENSMUSG00000059895:

http://jun2006.archive.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/transview?transcript=ENSMUST00000053232

you will see the large intron you describe.

I hope this information is helpful, and thank you for pointing out the 
discrepancy.
