[Genome] Extended DNA case/color options

Hello Matt,
The tracks that are shown on the 'extended case/color options' page are
supposed to correspond to the tracks that are currently turned on in the
Genome Browser (that is, all tracks not set to 'hide' should be
displayed). Is it possible that you have different tracks turned on
when you are using your desktop PC vs. your laptop?
There is one caveat that could potentially cause confusion: if you have
just hit the "hide all" button or the "default tracks" button under the
main display in the Genome Browser, all tracks are shown on the
'extended case/color options' page.
Please let us know if this does not solve the problem.
