[Genome] Problems with FTP connection

Hello Véronique Geoffroy,

Our ftp server is generally quite busy, but we wouldn't expect it to 
deny connections for six days due to being too busy.

Are you able to connect manually, as instructed here:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads#download1 ?

If you are not able to connect manually, may I ask what ftp program and 
operating system you are using?
