[Genome] Public repository for SNP data

Hello,

 

I am trying to identify a public repository for raw data from 500K
(Affy) SNP files. This data was used to generate a manuscript in press
in the Journal of Molecular Diagnostics and they require submission of
the data to a public database. All I have found thus far are gene
expression data repositories.
