[Genome] computer-processable delimitation of pseudoautosomal regions

Hello Garret,

	There is no database table containing the PAR region information.  You 
could certainly create your own custom track and use that table 
programatically.  To read about creating your own Custom Tracks, see the 
User's Guide: 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#CustomTracks

	This should help you get started.  If you run into problems, or have
