[Genome] computer-processable delimitation of pseudoautosomal regions

I note at

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway

that the NCBI Build 36.1 assembly contains two pseudoautosomal regions 
of chromosome Y. The page above lists those PAR ranges, along with the 
corresponding ranges on chromosome X.

But is there any file that may be processed by a computer containing PAR 
ranges, analogous to the cytoband positions found in 
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/cytoBand.txt.gz ?
