Hi there,
I was doing a three way alignment between human-chimpanzee and rhesus
macaque mRNA sequences.
I was going to use a multiple alignment program to do this.
I see in the genome browser database that mRNA sequences are available for
Human-Chimpanzee Refseq ids, however this track is not available for macaque
mRNA.
I did a search on your mailing list and saw that someone had asked a
question* on Sep 14 15:42:42 PDT 2006 Sub:RefSeqGenes refGene Table* asking
for the same.
Has there been an update since then? Do you have 3 way alignments for the
mRNA sequences in the browser database for the three organisms.
If I have missed something in your mailing archive, I do apologize and would
be happy if you could direct me to the correct source.
Best,
Gaurav
