[Genome] chimp genome in 1 file

Dear all,
I want to use BLAST ans BLAT on chimp genome, is there a one
multiple-fasta file or other format (but in one file) that I can use,
so that I do not need to run BLAST/BLAT on each chr_file one-by-one?
