[Genome] Genes regulated by transcription factors

Hello Chun-Hsi,

If you click into an item in the "TFBS Conserved" track, you will see 
some details about which genes are regulated.

Additionally, there is a companion table hg18.tfbsConsFactors which is 
probably what you are looking for.   It has the names of tfbs sites and 
also the names of the genes they affect in a neighboring column.
