[Genome] Can't access hgcentral via genome-mysql server anymore?

Thanks for getting this back up on genome-mysql!

I also followed Hiram's advice and set up a small local MySQL server
populated with hgcentral data via the load script he linked to. So I'll
have a local server to fall back on if there are any problems accessing
hgcentral via the genome-mysql server.

I mainly need hgcentral access for code I'm writing that queries the dbDb,
defaultDb, and genomeClade tables to figure out which specific genome build
databases (hg18, mm3, etc.) to use.

Thanks again!
Gregg
