[Genome] Can't access hgcentral via genome-mysql server anymore?

Good Morning Gregg:

I think Galt is correct, the hgcentral database is not available
via the public MySQL server.  You can access the database in the
format we deliver it in, the SQL statements which would load the
database:
	http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/hgcentral.sql
