[Genome] Can't access hgcentral via genome-mysql server anymore?

I can't seem to access the hgcentral database through the public MySQL
server at genome-mysql.cse.ucsc.edu anymore.  I can still access and query
the individual genome build databases (hg18, mm9, etc.) via the server.  But
I really need access to hgcentral also, which used to be available via the
same MySQL server.  Did it move or get renamed?
