[Genome] custrom track help

Dear Sir,
                   I am trying to input my data into the ucsc browser.  the programmes registers an error in line 3 of my txt file.  After much playing around, I still cannot understand what it is that is wrong with my input information (line 3).  please would you take a loot at it for me.
