[Genome] custom Conservation tracks

Hello Jen,

It is on our feature request list, but we currently do not support MAF 
format for custom tracks, which would be required to display custom 
tracks similar to the Conservation track.

The file formats we do support are:  GTF, PSL, BED, WIG, and microarray 
(BED15).  See descriptions of these formats here: 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat .

The only way to display your own MAF data at this time is with a local 
installation of the Genome Browser: 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/admin/mirror.html .
