Hello Yann Loe-Mie,
You can download the sequences associated with the N-SCAN track across
whole genomes by using the table browser. After selecting your assembly
of interest select:
group: Genes and Gene Prediction Tracks
track: N-SCAN
table: nscan Gene
region: click "genome"
output format: sequence
then click on "get output". This will take you to a menu where you can
specify which parts of the sequence for each gene you want to retrieve,
as well as the format of the output.
Hopefully this information was helpful and answers your question. If you
have further questions or require clarification feel free to contact the
mailing list at genome at soe.ucsc.edu.
