Hello Pete,

You may be interested in our "Spliced ESTs" track. To access this track
using the Table Browser ("Tables" on the blue bar on the top of the main
page) select the following options:

clade: Vertebrate: genome: Human; assembly: Mar. 2006;
group: mRNA and EST Tracks; track: Spliced ESTs
table: intronEst; region: genome;
output format: all fields from selected table;
click: get output
or click: summary and statistics

Some other EST resources we have are the: "Alt Events" track and the
"SIB Alt Splicing" track.

This should help to get you started using our EST resources. Please
don't hesitate to contact us again if you require further assistance.
