Hello Amanda,
You can find this table in the table browser if you input:
clade: Vertebrate
genome: human
assembly: Mar. 2006
group: Expression and Regulation
table: affyHuEx1
track: Affy HuEx 1.0
If you are accessing our tables using mySQL you can look for the
"affyHuEx1" table in the "hg18" database.
The Affy HuEx 1.0 track is available on both the hg17 and hg18
assemblies. The hg18 coordinates were obtained by converting hg17
coordinates with our LiftOver tool
(http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver).
Hopefully this information was helpful and answers your question. If you
have further questions or require clarification feel free to contact the
mailing list at genome at soe.ucsc.edu.
